• Vet and approve ARC team members

• Coordinate and send ARC acceptance emails

• Send ARCs via BookFunnel securely

• ARC download reporting after campaign

ARC-ready manuscript needed and dates. Sign-ups ideally open 8-12 weeks before publish day with ARCs going out 2-4 weeks before publish day.
