  • No - Beaumont Press is an optional indie imprint, not a traditional publisher. Authors retain full creative control, rights, royalties, and distribution decisions.

  • Never - we do not take rights, require exclusivity, or control where or how a book is published.

  • No - authors may choose to:

    • publish under the Beaumont Press imprint, or

    • remain fully independent while still being featured

  • We only require a one-time onboarding fee for administrative purposes for new authors. We never charge reading fees, submission fees, or require paid services to participate. We do offer a couple of optional paid services.

  • We review near-final manuscripts before taking on a new author for:

    • basic polish and professionalism

    • alignment with Beaumont Press values

    This is not editorial control and does not involve rewriting, content changes, or creative direction.

  • We offer optional promotional opportunities, including:

    • social media features

    • reader book tours

    • inclusion in curated signed book boxes

  • A reader book tour is an optional, free opportunity where readers can sign up to post about a book leading up to release day.

    • Sign-ups are not guaranteed

    • Participation does not guarantee sales or reach

    • Authors may opt out at any time

  • No. All promotional efforts are provided in good faith, but outcomes, such as sales, reviews, or sign-ups are never guaranteed. Authors should still market thier work as well and encourage their readers to sign-up for their book tour.

  • Yes. Authors may use their own ISBNs or choose to use a Beaumont Press ISBN.

  • No. Beaumont Press does not support or accept generative AI use in:

    • Manuscripts

    • Covers

    • Character art

    • Other creative assets

    All work must be human-created.

  • Beaumont Press is for indie romance authors who value:

    • Creative ownership

    • Transparency

    • Thoughtfull curation

    • Community over competition

    Authors at any stage are welcome.

  • Submit the Author Interest Form, and we’ll reach out with next steps if it’s a good fit.

    2. If it’s a good fit, we’ll reach out to request your manuscript

    3. You submit your manuscript via email, Google Drive, or BookFunnel

    4. We review for professionalism and content

    5. After review, we reach back out for acceptance or rejection

      1. We may decline only if a manuscript requires additional editing or includes themes that aren’t aligned with our values

    6. If accepted and you would like to move forward, you meet with the founder, Caitlin, for 30 minutes to discuss onboarding and next steps

    7. If you choose to, we’ll outline optional costs up front (such as ISBN registration)

    8. We begin optional promotional features such as social posts, ARC sign-ups, and reader book tours

  • Beaumont Press connects readers with thoughtfully curated indie romance - books created with care, creative ownership, and intention. Readers may discover new authors, participate in ARC opportunities, join optional book tours, and engage with behind-the-scenes content from the authors we features.

    No subscriptions. No spam. Just good books and people who love them.

  • The campaigns page lists all current ARC and book tour sign-ups from our approved authors. Participation is optional, but it’s a fun way to find new books.

    Please note - signing up for an ARC doesn’t guarantee you will receive a copy.

  • Because our author services involve time-intensive, customized word, services are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds are only available for services that have not yet begun.

    All physical items (including book boxes, stickers, and merchandise) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

    If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please reach out. We’re always happy to make things right.
